WHAT DOES THE ALKALINE-ACID-BALANCE MEAN FOR YOUR BODY AND HEALTH?

For all the functions in the body, it is necessary to have the right ph-environment. 

The body is keeping the blood ph-balance always at a level of 7.36-7.44 everything above is called an alkalosis, everything under 7.36 is called acidosis.

Digestion, immune system, blood circulation, brain function, joints and bones, teeth and muscles are only working properly in a ph-neutral environment.

There are plenty of buffering systems in the body. If they are overused, the body shows it with a variety of symptoms. 

Some main reasons for a low ph-level are:

  • Decalcified soil (extensive agriculture and chemicals like Roundup* )

  • Consuming acidogenic products e.g. processed food, sugar, coffee, dairy products, animal protein, modified food, Alcohol…

  • Living in a rush, stress, suppressed anger, suppressed other strong emotions….

  • Malabsorption syndrome (vicious circle)

  • Electromagnetic pollution

  • Intense physical workout

  • Physical stress

* Roundup and Glyphosate are inhibiting the intake of Magnesium into the plants and the human body. It is also known as carcinogenic and prohibited in most countries of the world.

WHAT ARE THE MAIN SYMPTOMS OF HYPERACIDITY?

  • chronic fatigue, tiredness.

  • bad, oily skin - pimples and blemishes.

  • Dental problems.

  • Gastrointestinal complaints such as gas and wind.

  • Overweight or tendency to gain weight quickly.

  • Muscle tension.

  • Headaches and migraines.

  • Cellulite

HOW TO HELP YOUR BODY BACK INTO PH-BALANCE?

There are at least three important ways to support your ph-balance:

  1. Supply the alkaline minerals and eat base-forming food. 

    • mainly fresh, ripe fruits and vegetables​

    • high-quality oil

    • very little processed food

  2. Change your habits that are leading to hyperacidity.

    • less coffee and alcohol, less sugar​ and red meat and dairy products (avoid especially the low-fat products)

    • Take your time to eat, relax and digest.

    • Ask your body what and how much of it is really good for your body! He/she knows!

    • Avoid chemically treated food, both in cultivation and processing. 

    • Find your balance! Do sports, but don´t run a marathon a week! Enjoy life!

    • Direct your thoughts in a positive direction.

  3. Allow the body to eliminate the acids.

 

For discharging the acids it is well approved to take an alkaline bath (systemically), foot bath (systemically) or make some alkaline compresses (locally). 

HOW TO GET THE MOST OUT OF YOUR ALKALINE BATH?

For a full bath you need:

  • 3 heaped Tablespoons ph+balance Alkaline bath-salts for a medium-size tub. (bigger tub = more salts)

  • A soft brush, sponge or luffa ideal with a handle to reach the back and the distal parts.

  • Ad the Alkaline bath-salts into the rising warm (35-40°C) water. Relax in the bath for 10 minutes, then start brushing your whole body thoughtfully and softly every 10 mins.

  • Entertainment program perhaps an audiobook; relaxing music; some candles, anything you can enjoy while your hands are relaxing in the water.

  • Allow at least 45 Mins at the beginning, for experienced alkaline-baths wallowers allow 2 or more hours. 

It is advisable to not use any soap after the bath, only a short rinse with fresh water.

Allow yourself to rest at least 20 minutes after the bath.
